Variable Bit Rate , only purpose is to reduce the file size. Did youtube added support for h. Don’t bother uploading too big bitrate. They always will re-encode anything you upload on youtube so it’s pointless. Not to mention there is two kinds of codec shown on youtube. From first time you uploaded it’s always worser one then second that is slightly better that you get usually if video has popular views enough.
